Samsung's 146-inch wall TV: Launch Date, expected price and features
New Delhi : Unveiled at the CES 2018, Samsung's 146-inch wall TV will be up for sale in India from August 2018 onwards. No official price for the television has been announced yet, but this will remain in the category of Samsung's expensive products.
Made with the futuristic technology, the 146-inch television bezel-less display crafted with MicroLED, a rival to OLED. Each microscopic LED comes with a capability to emit its own light, and does not require any back light.
As mentioned in a report by BGR, "the Wall allows customers to create a TV size based on their needs. The modular screen can be used to create a wall-sized display, or simply let consumers increase their traditional screen size to suit a new room at home. The TV can apparently be adjusted to some more unique aspect ratios like 4:3 or even 1:1, depending on your particular needs."
Samsung is also planning to launch a new range of 4K QLED TVs to India by end of May 2018. Earlier, Samsung had launched the ‘world’s most advanced QLED’ TV in India, called The Frame, in 2017, and it was taken well by the consumers in the country.
