Samsung Bixby's newest update: Text call feature available in India, exclusively in English

Delhi : The Bixby Text Call functionality, which enables Bixby to handle incoming calls with automated voice answers, was revealed by Samsung in India. By downloading a language package, customizing replies, and changing parameters, users may configure it. Conversations can be stored in the phone app for later use; this capability is accessible on specific smartphones.

With the release of the much-awaited Bixby Text Call functionality, Samsung's virtual assistant Bixby will now be able to handle and respond to incoming calls with automated voice answers. Users may handle their calls more effectively with this, the business claims in a blog post.

To configure the new function, users will need to go to Settings, choose the Phone application, and then click More Options. Next, select Bixby Text Call from the menu and download the necessary language package. Users will be able to modify other options and personalize their answers shortly after that.

The Bixby Text Call function can only be used for incoming calls; when a call comes through, an automated voice will be heard. Nevertheless, you have to tap on the Bixby text call option to activate the feature while you're on the phone. When someone calls, the smart assistant will let them know that you are utilizing this function and will ask them to identify themselves and why they are calling. The caller's voice is recorded on your screen so you may answer at a later time.
