Snapchat down for many Android users, company fixing the bug
New Delhi : Android users across the world recently faced trouble in using Snapchat, the company is looking for a fix to the problem. The photo messaging app is dealing with a major trouble as many users complained that they are unable to use the application.
Snapchat has not given any deadline to fix the problem. According to a report in The Independent on Wednesday, the app is down across Britain.
The application started crashing one day after the company announced that it is rolling out a new “lens explorer” to allow users to browse through thousands of lenses created by the app in recent months, the report said. The company is yet to release a statement whether the effect is on the Android apps or Apple users are also facing a similar problem.
In a post on social media the company stated: “We’re aware many Snapchatters are experiencing crashing on the app. We’re looking into it and working on a fix!”
