Delhi : The new Sony Cinema Line FR7 interchangeable lens camera has been released in India. This has various cinematic features, the pan/tilt/zoom (PTZ) functionality, and more. Here are some specifics.

Specs and Features for the Sony FR7

The Sony ILME-FR7 is the first camera to feature a PTZ camera and a back-illuminated 35mm full-frame CMOS image sensor. It has a Sony E-Mount lens that is compatible with the G Master series and other E-Mount lenses.

The camera has a large 15+ stop latitude and an effective 10.3MP. It is possible to remotely control the pan, tilt, and zoom features. The RM-IP500 remote controller from Sony is compatible with the camera. You can alter the pan and tilt movements (from 0.02 degrees per second to 60 degrees per second).

Up to 100 camera position presets, including camera direction, zoom, focus, and more, can be supported by the Sony FR7. Additionally, real-time Eye AF and Tracking are supported. The precision eye focus detection performance is aided by the integrated BIONZ XR engine.

You may test out a variety of Cinema Line features, including the S-Cinetone preset, 4K 120p 6 slow-motion, Cine EI mode, and an ISO sensitivity level that goes up to 409600. The built-in web app supports multi-camera monitoring and can be controlled from a computer or tablet.

A built-in electronic variable ND filter, multiple production workflow interfaces, and support for CFexpress Type A and SDXC memory cards are also included with the Sony FR7 camera. Along with HDMI Type A and 12G-SDI ports, there is compatibility for a number of streaming protocols, including RTSP, SRT, and NDI | HX 10.
