Delhi : In recent years, Xiaomi has released a variety of smartwatches, from inexpensive models to ones with Sapphire crystal fronts. But none of these timepieces use Google Wear OS as their operating system. Instead, the business offers them with its thin MIUI skin for wearables. The Watch 2 Pro, Xiaomi's forthcoming wristwatch, will finally support Wear OS, thus this is going to change.

The Watch 2 Pro will go on sale worldwide on September 26 according to a new article on X by Xiaomi. The wearables will likely be launched alongside the Xiaomi 13T series during a presentation in Berlin. Apart from confirming that Wear OS will be the smartwatch's operating system, Xiaomi withheld any further details.

According to earlier rumors, MIUI would shell the Wear OS on the Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro. This implies that you could recognize the design and some of the functionality from other Xiaomi smartwatches. Additionally, a Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1 CPU with 2GB RAM and 32GB of storage is said to be included in the Watch 2 Pro.

It is anticipated to have a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with a pixel density of 326 ppi and a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels. The wearable may also have an optional LTE version and a 500mAh battery with a 72-hour battery life on a single charge. A new source claims that in Europe, the standard edition of the wristwatch would sell for €269.99, while the LTE version will set you back €329.99. Each region should have a different pricing.
