Delhi : Honor gave a clue about returning to the Indian smartphone market earlier this month. Madhav Sheth, the former CEO of Realme, also acknowledged his participation in this project. Recently, Honor Tech India made a formal announcement stating that it intended to reenter the Indian smartphone market. After a break of more than three years, the company is getting ready to introduce its first product in the nation.

The Honor smartphone will soon be available in India. Join us on this amazing adventure as we use Honor Tech to empower the future," reads a tweet from Madhav Sheth. Shortly after splitting from Huawei, Honor withdrew its operations from India in 2020.

In the interim, PSAV Global assumed responsibility for serving as the official distributor of Honor goods in India. Under the Honor brand, they have released wearables, tablets, and laptops during the last three years. With the help of its current retail and distribution network, PSAV is projected to continue serving as Honor's official distributor. The Honor 90 model will probably be the company's first new product to be released in India.

While the exact launch date is still unknown, prominent YouTuber Gaurav Chaudhary, also known as Technical Guruji, has suggested that the Honor 90 could be made available to Indian consumers as early as September. The price of the smartphone in India has not yet been made public. It is anticipated that the Honor 90's specifications in India will be same to those of its international equivalents. Four enticing hues—Peacock Blue, Diamond Silver, Midnight Black, and Emerald Green—will be offered for the smartphone. Customers in India will probably have the option to choose the Emerald Green model in addition.

The Honor 90, which was initially priced at around 28,700, reached the market after being released in China. The Honor 90, the version that was first released in China, has a powerful camera setup with a 200-megapixel wide lens and two additional sensors on its back panel. The gadget features a tastefully curved 6.7-inch AMOLED display and provides up to 512GB of roomy storage as an option. It runs on MagicOS 7.1, an Android 13-based operating system. Additional features include a Type C connector, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC capabilities, and a huge 5,000mAh battery with quick 66W charging.
