A ‘Nobel’ bond between India, Pakistan

- Without failing to make a mark, children from India and Pakistan created a historical Nobel bond on Friday
- Anti-child labour activist Kailash Satyarthi and Pakistan's Malala Yousafzai were awarded the Nobel prize
- The prize has been awarded to them for showing great personal courage...and their struggle against the suppression of children and for the right of all children to education
- Satyarthi has now become the second Indian after Mother Teresa to get the peace prize
- Malala is the first Pakistani to receive the honour
- She dedicated her award to the voiceless people
- Malala and Satyarthi will be splitting the $1.1million (Rs 6.8 crore) prize announced by the Norwegian Nobel committee
- The Nobel Peace Prize has been awarded to 124 Laureates -100 individuals and 24 organizations.
