Australia: Model denied entry in Louvre museum, credit to low outfit

Sydney : It looks like Australia's iconic museum Louvre has a strict dress code for the visitors.

A model named Newsha Syeh claims that she and her wife were turned away from the entry gates because they were wearing low cut outfits, reports Yahoo.

Syeh says she was "heartbroken" to not be allowed in, sharing on Instagram a photo of her dress with the caption: "Yesterday at the Louvre, I was stopped at the entrance by a guard for my outfit".

In one of her Instagram stories, the model alleged that the security man made disgusted faces when she reached on the entry gates.

Syeh also shared a screenshot from a Google search asking about a dress code, which yielded results saying there was no formal policy.

However, on the museum's website, it does seem to suggest guests don't wear swimsuits, enter bare-chested, naked or barefoot.

Newsha Syeh is a social media influencer with a follower count of over 231,000 on Instagram.
