Countries backing India over Kashmir will be struck by missile: Pakistan Minster

New Delhi : A Pakistan minister on Tuesday issued a threat to all the nations who are in support of India's stand for Kashmir, saying that they will be hit by a missile and considered enemy of Islamabad.

"If tensions with India rises on Kashmir, Pakistan will be compelled to go to war. Hence, those countries backing India and not Pakistan (over Kashmir) will be considered as our enemy and a missile will be fired at India and those nations supporting it," Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit Baltistan Ali Amin Gandapur said at an event on Tuesday.

A journalist from Pakistan shared a small clip of a video in which the minister can be seen making such rage remarks against India and the nations in its support.

The remarks from the leader come at a time when Pakistan has been snubbed by the world on the matter. Islamabad had unilaterally downgraded bilateral ties with India post August 5 decision to abrogate Article 370 of Indian constitution in Jammu and Kashmir.

While Pakistan have been protesting against the decision on international platforms, India has been maintaining that it is an internal matter, a stance that has been supported by several nations.

Pakistan Prime Minister, however, has admitted that Islamabad has failed in its attempt to internationalise the Kashmir issue, saying he is disappointed to see no support from the international community.
