"I am feeling great", says President of the Great America

Washington : President Donald Trump addressed his first public event after getting diagnosed with coronavirus and declared himself completely fit from the White House balcony.

"I am feeling great," he said as he removed mask.

"I want you to know our nation is going to defeat this terrible China virus," Trump told the cheering crowd of hundreds below, most wearing masks but with very little social distancing at the outdoor event.

"The coronavirus will disappear soon and it has started to disappear," he added. "Get out and vote -- and I love you," Trump told the crowd. 

So far, more than 2 lakh Americans have lost their lives to coronavirus, which was first reported in China and is often called Chinese virus by the US President.

After a gap of around 9 days, Donald Trump has returned to poll campaigns and his side has already planned two public rallies in next week.

Trailing his Democratic rival Joe Biden by close to 10 points in national polls, Trump insists the pollsters are wrong, and is seeking to reboot his campaign less than four weeks from Election Day.
