New Delhi : Imran Khan is no longer Prime Minister of Pakistan. A notification from Pakistan Cabinet Secretariat stated dissolution of the Parliament and ceased Imran Khan from holding the office of Prime Minister.

Meanwhile, Imran Khan survived the Opposition's attempt to oust him from the power after no-confidence motion was rejected by the National Assembly deputy speaker, who tagged it as 'unconstitutional'.

Former Pakistan PM Imran Khan had called it a foreign conspiracy and had asked the president to dissolve the assembly.

Now, when the national assembly has been dissolved, Pakistan will go for polls within 90 days.

Meanwhile, the Opposition party had reached Supreme Court on Sunday against the dissolution of the National Assembly.

The Supreme Court will hear the matter on Monday.
