India looking forward to extending ties with Russia

New Delhi : On Saturday, India came up claiming that the country is looking forward to extending ties with its "time-tested" and "reliable friend" across all domains.
Russia is India's time-tested and reliable friend, said Prime Minister Narendra Modi while receiving Russia's Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin.
