Kashmir Issue: Imran Khan embarrassed again, cannot move ICJ
Islamabad : In yet another embarrassment for Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan, their lawyer Khawar Qureshi at the International Court of Justice admitted that there is no significant evidence to back its claims of genocide in Kashmir.
"In absence of these evidences, it is extremely difficult for Pakistan to take this case to the ICJ," said Khawar Qureshi.
Pakistan had earlier threatened to knock International Court of Justice's doors alongwith dragging the Kashmir issue in the UN to make it an international affair.
Recently, Prime Minister Narendra Modi met Trump at the G7 Summit in France after which both the leaders agreed with India's stand that Kashmir is a bilateral matter between India and Pakistan with no scope for any third party mediation.
