Mumbai attack mastermind Lakhvi release: India wants UN to intervene

With all intention to nab the culprit India now wants UN to intervene as Pakistan has already announced his freedom

India wrote a letter to UN mentioning that Pakistan is violating the global laws under 1267 UN resolution
Few days back Pakistan had released Lakhvi saying there are insufficient proofs to call him a culprit
His release is bothering not India but also US, UK, Russia, France and Germany
Lakhvi and six others Abdul Wajid, Mazhar Iqbal, Hamad Amin Sadiq, Shahid Jameel Riaz, Jamil Ahmed and Younis Anjum have been charged with planning and executing the Mumbai attack in November, 2008 that left 166 people dead.
