Over 30 gunshots inside Walmart store in Denver, 'multiple parties down'
Denver : Multiple gunshots have been reportedly fired inside a Walmart store in Denver suburb, local police said.
The Police, however, did not release any information about the victims and whereabouts of the assailant. The gunshots have been reported from Thornton - a city of about 120,000 people about 16 km northeast of Denver.
"We’ve got multiple parties down, we’re still trying to ascertain what their conditions are," officer Victor Avila of the Thornton Police Department told Reuters.
Avila said that police were called to the store at about 6:30 pm Mountain time (8:30 pm ET) and that the gunshots had ceased by the time the first officers arrived at the scene.
The cops informed about the incident in a series of tweets from their official Twitter account.

According to a report by Local NBC affiliate 9NEWS, a woman, whose son was inside the Walmart store, told that nearly 30 gunshots were fired inside the store till she last heard from her son.
Only last month, the US witnessed its worst mass shooting incident in its recent history when a lone gunman in Las Vegas killed 58 people at a concert.
