New Delhi : The Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday held bilateral talks and signed multiple agreements in the fields of nuclear energy, oil and food parks development.

After the meeting concluded, the Crown Prince paid his tribute to Father of the nation – Mahatma Gandhi at Rajghat. "His teachings continue to inspire us as we strengthen our friendship with UAE," the Ministry of External Affairs wrote on X.

Earlier, PM Narendra Modi received Crown Prince Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan at the Hyderabad House.

This is for the first time when India has officially engaged with the government of UAE, showcasing India's priority to its ties with UAE.

The Crown Prince will call on President and he will be visiting Mumbai on Tuesday to take part in Business Forum, where top businesses from both the nations will take part.
