Russia : He will officially rule for next two terms. Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a legislation that allows him to hold office for two additional six-year terms. With this he will rule the nation with all powers till 2036.

Interestingly, he has been ruling the nation for the past two decades and with the new law getting official he will be here for another decade.

A copy on the government's legal information portal informed that the new legislation has been passed on Monday.

Last year, he had proposed the change and it was backed by the Russians in July. Lawmakers approved the new bill last month.

The legislation will allow Putin to run in presidential elections again after his current and second consecutive term expires in 2024.

He was first elected as the President of Russia in 2000. Since then he has been ruling the nation.
