Moscow : Russia has notified that its Black Sea flagship has been seriously damaged after an explosion has been reported on it. The crew was moved to safety post the blast. Meanwhile, Ukraine has claimed that they have damaged the warship in a missile attack.

"Neptune missiles guarding the Black Sea caused very serious damage to the Russian ship. Glory to Ukraine!" governor Maksym Marchenko wrote on Telegram.

However, Russia has said that the damage to the Moskva missile cruiser was caused by ammunition detonating after which fire spread into the whole ship.

More than 500 crew members were deployed on the ship and they have been evacuated safely after the blast. The Russian Defence Ministry has claimed that the warship has been 'seriously damaged' in the incident,

Recently, Russia was voted out of the United Nations Human Rights Council for alleged civilians killing in Bucha. More than 400 civilians were found murdered on the streets of Ukraine's Bucha.

Ukrainian authorities have alleged that the Russian troops are still killing civilians in areas they still occupy.
