US to 'temporarily suspend' immigration over coronavirus: Donald Trump

New Delhi : President Donald Trump on Tuesday tweeted that the United States is temporarily suspending the immigration due to rising number of coronavirus cases in the country.
"In light of the attack from the Invisible Enemy, as well as the need to protect the jobs of our GREAT American Citizens, I will be signing an Executive Order to temporarily suspend immigration into the United States!," Donald Trump tweeted this morning.

Till date, the United States has registered around 800,000 positive coronavirus cases and over 40,000 deaths.
