'War not a solution', says Pak PM Imran Khan over Kashmir issue
Islamabad : Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that Kashmir issue cannot be solved with a war, but can be resolved through talks.
Addressing the media, Imran Khan said, "Unless there was a dialogue, various options on the resolution of Kashmir cannot be discussed. When asked about the formula to resolve the Kashmir issue, Khan said there were two or three solutions, which have been in discussions."
Recently, India rejected Pakistan's invitation for the upcoming SAARC summit citing terrorism via neighbour as the prime reason. External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj said that terror and talks cannot go hand in hand.
Ruling out the possibility of any war with India, Pakistan Prime Minister said two nuclear armed countries would not fight because “there are always unintended consequences”.
