CBSE JEE Main 2018 answer keys, OMR sheets released on jeemain.nic.in

New Delhi : The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Tuesday released answer keys to JEE Main 2018.

The candidates who had appeared for the examination this year can check the answer keys on the official website jeemain.nic.in.

The Joint Entrance Examination (Main) 2018 was conducted on April 8, 2017 (pen and paper mode, offline mode) and April 15 and 16 (online mode). 

Over 12 lakh candidates have appeared for the exam this year.

Steps to check/challenge answer keys, OMR sheets for JEE Main examination 2018:

1. Visit www.jeemain.nic.in

2. Click on the link 'View/Challenge - Answer Key of Paper 1’

3. You will be directed a new page.

4. Enter required details such as application number, date of birth and security pin.

5. Click on submit

6. You will get access to your answer sheet.

About JEE Main Examination:

JEE Main is a vital exam for candidates as it will pave the way for entrance in premier institutes such as IITs and NITs. JEE Main scores are used as the basis for admission into institutes with technical sources funded by the centre. Candidates who are successful in their JEE Mains are then eligible to take the JEE Advanced exam.

JEE-M is conducted in two parts- Paper I and Paper II.

Paper-I (BE/B Tech) was conducted in both computer- based (online) and paper-pen (offline) mode while Paper II (B Arch/B Planning) was conducted in pen-paper mode only.
