Kapil Sharma congratulates Bhagwant Mann for big win in Punjab

Mumbai : Comedian Kapil Sharma was once used to do standup comedy on a show that also had Bhagwant Mann as one of its contestants. The time has moved ahead and now Bhagwant Mann has won the elections in Punjab to become the next Chief Minister.

On the occasion, Kapil Sharma took to Instagram to extend his wishes to Bhagwant Mann for big win in the elections.

"History remember those who creates history. many congratulations to @bhagwantmann1 paji for his historic victory.

"You not only won the elections, but also the heart of Punjab," wrote Kapil Sharma in his post.

Meanwhile, Bhagwant Mann today met the governor and submitted papers to stake claim to form the government. He will take oath as chief minister in freedom fighter Bhagat Singh's native village instead of Raj Bhawan as is traditional.
