iQOO 12 5G set to debut in India: Exclusive release on Amazon, full Specs and Price Insights

Delhi : Before this month, iQOO introduced the iQOO 12 and iQOO 12 Pro in Chinese region. The iQOO 12 series are scheduled to be released in India in December. The iQOO 12 5G has surfaced on Amazon on a microsite, even though there is still almost one month (December 12) till the launch is scheduled to occur in India. A specific product page has been created for the BMW Motorsport edition model. The design is akin to the models that made their debuts in other regions of the world, as anticipated. The most recent Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset will power the flagship device. It will have three cameras set up, and the telephoto sensor on the rear will allow for a 100x magnification. The phone will have a silver ring around the camera module.

With a 6.78-inch AMOLED display and support for HDR10+, the iQoo 12 has a resolution of 1.5K (1,260x2,800 pixels), a refresh rate of up to 144Hz, and an aspect ratio of 20:9. An Adreno 750 GPU and an octa-core 4nm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC power it. OriginOS 4, based on Android 14, powers the phone. A 50-megapixel 1/1.3-inch main sensor, a 64-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with a 100X digital zoom, and a 50-megapixel sensor with an ultra wide-angle lens make up the iQoo 12's triple rear camera unit. The device has a 16-megapixel sensor on its front camera.

The iQoo 12 has a 120W, 5,000mAh battery that supports quick charging. The device has an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. Its dimensions are 163.22 x 75.88 x 8.10 mm, and its weight is 203 grams.

Cost price of iQoo 12 series

The availability of the base iQoo 12 model has been confirmed by the launch of a microsite on Amazon India.com. In contrast, the 16GB + 512GB and 16GB + 1TB versions of the iQoo 12 are priced at CNY 4,299 (approximately Rs. 50,00) and CNY 4,699 (about Rs. 53,000) in China, respectively. The 12GB + 256GB edition is listed at CNY 3,999 (roughly Rs. 45,000).
