Delhi : Yamaha has released the 2023 MT-07 in Europe. The updated Japanese streetfighter benefits from a few notable modifications in its most recent iteration. 

In 2023, the Yamaha MT-07 will get LED DRLs and a projector headlight. Similar to the fascia, the remaining bodywork has a very muscular appearance. It now includes a smartphone connection, though, and a new five-inch TFT format that is switchable. Incoming calls and messages may be seen by the rider, and it displays all the important data from the readouts.

The 2023 MT-07 is propelled by a twin-cylinder, 689cc liquid-cooled engine. The output is rated at 73.4 horsepower and 67 Nm. Yamaha also offers a quickshifter as an optional extra. The engine is mated to a six-speed transmission.

It is supported by telescoping front forks and attached monoshocks. The braking system consists of a 245mm rear disc with ABS and a 298mm front disc with ABS. Yamaha equipped the MT-07 with 17-inch wheels and Michelin Road 5 tyres in the sizes 120/70 up front and 180/55 down back.

Yamaha's MT-07 retails for GBP 7,500 in Europe in 2023. (approximately Rs 7.50 lakh excluding taxes). Yamaha India has not made any statements regarding the bike's launch in our country.
