Delhi : Orxa Energies is an energy systems and electric vehicle (EV) firm. Its flagship electric motorbike, the Mantis, was just introduced. With a curb weight of 182 kg, the Mantis is currently the lightest vehicle in its class. It comes in two color options: Urban Black and Jungle Grey. The bike, which comes with a 1.3 kW charger, costs Rs 3.6 Lakhs ex-showroom in Bangalore. Reservations may be made for it on their website, www.orxaenergies.com.

What drives the Orxa Mantis is allegedly India's first liquid-cooled electric motor?

With its 27.5 BHP and 93 Nm output, the bike can reach 100 km/h in 8.9 seconds.It can travel up to 135 km/h. An 8.9 kWh battery with Orxa's unique battery management system (BMS) is included with the Mantis. The battery is housed in an IP67-rated composite aluminum housing. With a 1.3 kW charger, it can be fully charged in 5 hours and has a maximum range of 221 kilometers on a single charge. The charging time is halved using a 3.3 kW charger.

Among its features is a 5-inch digital instrument console running the Linux-based Orxa operating system, which is included with the Orxa Mantis. The bike has a twin-projector LED headlight with turn signals, LED tail lights, and LED daytime running lights.
