Congress leader P Chidambaram shares PM Modi's tweet, says 'I want to ask the same question'

New Delhi : Congress veteran leader P Chidambaram has once again targeted PM Modi and his government over the economy crisis in the nation.

Chidambaram, who was the finance minister in Congress-led UPA, pulled out a tweet from 2013 by Narendra Modi, when he was the Chief Minister of Gujarat. The 2013 tweet had posted a question on P Chidambaram, "Economy is in trouble, youth want jobs. Devote more time to economics not petty politics. Chidambaram ji, please focus on the job at hand!"

Sharing a screenshot of the tweet, Mr Chidambaram, 74, wrote, "I have to say the same thing to the Honourable Prime Minister!



Ever since the report of -23% growth in GDP has come out, the Congress leaders like Rahul Gandhi and P Chidambaram have been slamming the government for pushing in such a bad state.
