3 Idiots sequel is in making, confirms Rajkumar Hirani

New Delhi : Director Rajkumar Hirani, in a recent media interaction, confirmed that he will soon be coming up with the sequel of 3 Idiots. He claimed that the work on the film has already begun.

The 2009 superhit movie that featured Aamir Khan, R Madhavan, Sharman Joshi, Boman Irani, Kareena Kapoor was a satire on social pressure students have to go through in Asian Education system.

In an interview with Mid-Day during Sanju's promotion, Rajkumar Hirani revealed that he has started writing the script of 3 Idiots sequel. He said, "I definitely want to make a sequel to 3 Idiots. In fact, Abhijat and I started writing something a few days ago. But it’s still in the initial stage and we will take a fair amount of time to develop the script."

According to a media report, the film will go on the floors only after Munna Bhai 3.

Well, the good news is that 3 Idiots sequel will come but the bad news is that fans will have to wait a little long for it.
