Rani Mukerji, Aditya Chopra welcome baby girl

Mumbai : Bollywood actress Rani Mukerji and Aditya Chopra have welcomed their first child, a baby girl

The couple has named her Adira

Apparently, Adira comes as a combination of Adi from Aditya and Ra from Rani

Director Karan Johar broke the news on social networking site Twitter

He wrote, "Am an uncle to a beautiful baby girl today!!!!! @udaychopra !!! Rani and Adi had a baby girl!!"

Rani Mukerji called Adira as greatest gift from god to her

She also thanked fans for their unconditional love and support.
