- BJP after winning the Maha Asssembly polls with huge numbers is now brainstorming over two issues
- First problem they are facing is the decision where they will announce the name of their alliance
- Second problem they are facing is the name for Maharashtra’s next Chief Minister
- Devendra Fadnavis, Eknath Khadse, Sudhir Mungantiwar seem to be the strongest contenders in the race
- The party on Tuesday deferred its decision till Diwali
- Rajnath Singh also cancelled his Mumbai visit and said they will now announce name of the candidate for CM’s post after Diwali
- Senior leaders Nitin Gadkari and Eknath Khadse said that candidates name should be announced after taking all MLAs in confidence
- According to state BJP leaders, both Gadkari and Khadse are not in favour of selecting Fadnavis
- Well, only time will tell what BJP decides.
