Senior journalist Ravish Kumar resigns from NDTV

New Delhi : A day after Pronnoy and Radhika Roy resigned as the directors of the promoter group RRPR Holding Private Limited, senior journalist Ravish Kumar has also resigned from the news channel - NDTV.

The channel has been acquired by Adani Group, whose subsidiary had given an interest free loan to the channel, which was allegedly not paid in time.

RRPR, a promotor company of NDTV, on Wednesday transferred its holding of 29.18 per cent to Adani Group.

A part of the internal mail reads, "Ravish has been an integral part of NDTV for decades; his contribution has been immense, and we know he will be hugely successful as he embarks on a new beginning."
