Lucknow : Uttar Pradesh CM-designate Yogi Adityanath will take oath as the Chief Minister of the state on March 25, 2022. The oath-taking ceremony will be attended by the big leaders from BJP.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Amit Shah will be attending the oath-taking ceremony. Opposition party leaders - Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Mulayam Singh, Mayawati and Akhilesh Yadav - will also be invited to be a part of the event.

The ceremony will be held at Lucknow’s Ekana cricket stadium.

The Bharatiya Janata Party had won the elections in Uttar Pradesh with a huge seat number of 255 in the 403-member assembly. With this BJP also became the first party in history to win the second term in UP after completing their first term.

Akhilesh Yadav-led Samajwadi Party had won 125 seats in the UP assembly elections.
