Manoj Tiwari replaces Satish Upadhyay as Delhi BJP chief

New Delhi : In a surprise move, actor and Lok Sabha MP from North-East Delhi Manoj Tiwari was appointed as the Delhi BJP chief. The actor-turned politician replaced Satish Upadhyay.  BJP president Amit Shah has also appointed another MP Nityanand Rai as the chief of the party's Bihar unit replacing Mangal Pandey. 

Tiwari,the BJP's prominent 'purabiya' face, who has a huge following among the migrant Bhojpuri speaking voters from Bihar and eastern Uttar Pradesh.

Rai,a Lok Sabha MP from Bihar's Ujiarpur constituency.
