New Delhi : Former Pakistan skipper Shahid Afridi wished India on its 71st Independence Day with a strong message that called for peace, tolerance and love between the two nations.

His tweet came at a time when both the nations are dealing with high political tension over border security.

“Happy Independence Day India! No way to change neighbours, let’s work towards peace, tolerance and love. Let humanity prevail.# HopeNotOut,” tweeted Afridi.
