Delhi : India's Aprilia brand is well-known for its scooters. However, the business has just introduced the Aprilia RS 457, which it intends to market in 2019. Diego Graffi, chairman and MD of Piaggio Vehicle Pvt Ltd, stated that reservations for the motorcycle would open up soon. The KTM RC390, TVS Apache RR310, and BMW 310R are among the motorcycles that the Aprilia RS457 will compete against. So what's the deal with the bike?

Aprilia RS 457: Engine

A twin-cylinder, liquid-cooled, 457cc engine powers the Aprilia RS 457. It has a 270-degree crank that generates 47 horsepower. A six-speed gearbox is connected to the engine. The addition of a quickshifter is an additional option. Ride-by-wire, switchable three-level traction control, ride modes, and ABS are further characteristics of the motorcycle.

Aprilia RS 457: Features and design

The Aprilia RS 457 takes design cues from the Aprilia RS 660, giving it a lean and aggressive look. Split LED headlamps that extend far into the fairing are included. The bike also has vents and fins all over the front end, including the fairing, to provide improved cooling. A 5in LCD instrument display is also included with the bike, which is useful for navigating the ride modes and other features.

Aprilia RS 457: Cycle parts, brakes, and so on

Front USD forks and an aluminum frame are features of the Rs 457. There is also a monoshock in the back, and the rear subframe appears to be made of steel. The bike has TVS Protorq Extreme tires and 17-inch alloy wheels.
