BMW G 310 R, G 310 RR & G 310 GS: New hues for 2024, check details
Delhi : BMW Motorrad India has introduced the revised G 310 motorcycle line in the nation. For MY2024, the BMW G 310 R, G 310 RR, and G 310 GS receive new color options while maintaining their current mechanical, aesthetic, and feature sets. Prices for the 2024 G 310 R begin at 2.85 lakh, while those for the G 310 RR and G 310 GS are 3 lakh and 3.25 lakh respectively. All costs are ex-Indian showroom.
Now available is the new Style Passion black, grey, and red color combination for the 2024 BMW G 310 R roadster. Cosmic Black 2, a new color option for the 2024 BMW G 310 RR, gives the full-faired motorcycle an all-black paint job. Last but not least, the 2024 BMW G 310 GS adventure tourer receives a new Racing Red color scheme that gives the motorcycle a fierce red, black, and grey paint design.
Along with the existing colors offered on the bikes, both motorcycles will be available in all new color combinations. Despite this, there are no mechanical alterations to the motorcycles. The 313 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine powers the BMW G 310 line. The motor is tuned for 33.5 horsepower at 9,250 rpm and 28 Nm at 7,500 rpm on the G 310 R and G 310 GS. On the G 310 RR, the same engine is modified to produce 27 Nm at 7,700 rpm and 34 horsepower at 9,700 rpm. On all three devices, the motor is coupled with a 6-speed gearbox. The engine was most recently modified to comply with upcoming E20 fuel compliance and the most recent OBD2 standards.
41 mm USD front forks and a monoshock with preload adjustment are included in the hardware. The motorcycles have dual-channel ABS and 300 mm front and 240 mm rear single-disc brakes. With the exception of the G 310 GS, which has a larger 19-inch front alloy and a 17-inch rear wheel with dual-sport tires, all three bikes have 17-inch wheels.
With the debut of the Harley-Davidson X440 and Triumph Speed 400 during the past month, the entry-performance segment has received significant additions. Both motorcycles will take market share away from entry-level BMW Motorrad models. The G 310 line of motorcycles also faces competition from models like the KTM 390 Duke, Honda CB300R, Royal Enfield Himalayan, and KTM 250 Adventure.
