Delhi : The Xtreme 200S 4V, a high-end motorbike manufactured by Hero MotoCorp, has been given an update. The price of the new model has increased by Rs 5,890 due to the addition of a more powerful engine, more amenities, and new colour options. Priced at Rs. 1,41,250 (ex-showroom, Delhi), the new Hero Xtreme 200S 4V is now accessible. In direct competition with the Bajaj Pulsar RS200 is this revised model, while the bike's 2-valve counterparts are the Bajaj Pulsar 220F and Suzuki Gixxer SF.

Let's look at the modifications that were done to the bike. The new Hero Xtreme 200S 4V's 199.6cc, single-cylinder, air/oil-cooled engine, which is taken from the Hero XPulse, is its standout feature.

The 4-valve technology used in this engine produces more power, torque, and improved high-speed performance with lower vibrations. It is reported to produce 19.1PS at 8,000 rpm and 17.35Nm of peak torque at 6,500 rpm, which is 6% more power and 5% more torque than its predecessor. Improved gear ratios in the gearbox unit have also been optimised for faster acceleration.

New body decals and colour schemes, such as Matt Axis Grey Metallic, Panther Black Metallic, and Moon Yellow, are present on the upgraded Xtreme 200S 4V. The higher clip-on handlebars and updated ergonomics give the bike a sportier look. The majority of its original design cues, such as the aggressive fairing, muscular fuel tank, bulbous headlamp, alloy wheels, and one-piece seat, are still present.

The bike also features well-known LED taillamps and twin LED headlights with LED DRLs.The new Hero Xtreme 200S 4V comes with new petal disc brakes coupled with single-channel ABS for increased safety, but the traditional telescopic fork at the front and monoshock suspension configuration at the rear remain intact. The revised model's features include a full digital LCD display, turn-by-turn navigation, and smartphone connectivity, enhancing the riding experience with ease and cutting-edge technology.
