Delhi : SP125 Sports Edition was introduced by Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) on Tuesday. It costs 90,567 (ex-showroom, Delhi) per unit. For a brief time while reservations are still open, the motorcycle will be offered at each Honda Red Wing dealership nationwide. With an assertive and outspoken design statement, the model exudes an athletic atmosphere.

Design and color of the Honda SP125 Sports Edition

The aggressive tank design, matte muffler cover, improved graphics, new, bright stripes on the body panels, and alloy wheels all contribute to the bike's dynamic appearance. It will be offered in Decent Blue Metallic and Heavy Grey Metallic as its two color options.

Features and engine of the Honda SP125 Sports Edition

The Sports Edition model adds a powerful LED headlamp and a fully digital instrument cluster that displays information about mileage as well as a gear position indicator. A 123.94cc, single-cylinder, PGM-FI engine that is BS 6, OBD2 certified, and can produce 8 kW of power and 10.9 Nm of torque powers the motorcycle. The bike comes with an exclusive 10-year warranty package from HMSI, which includes a three-year basic warranty and a seven-year optional warranty.

Separately, HMSI recently unveiled the MotoGP-inspired 2023 Repsol Editions of the Hornet 2.0 and Dio 125. They cost 1.40 lakh and 92,300 rupees, respectively. These are both ex-showroom prices. Only Honda Red Wing outlets in India will sell the limited edition Repsol vehicles. The Repsol versions are identical mechanically but have had only cosmetic alterations from the manufacturer.

Both versions have a Ross White and Vibrant Orange color scheme that is a dual-tone color combination. The Dio 125 Repsol Edition also features orange-colored alloy wheels, an LED headlamp, and a dual-tip exhaust system with a blacked-out finish.
