Delhi : Australia recently saw the introduction of Suzuki's Gixxer 250 and Gixxer SF 250 bikes. Both motorcycles are produced in India and sent to Australia. In Australia, the Suzuki Gixxer 250 costs Rs 6,490 (about Rs. 3.47 lakh), while the Suzuki Gixxer SF 250 costs Rs. 6,790 (roughly Rs. For the Gixxer 250 twins, that is a significant price increase of roughly 1.2 lakh compared to the India-spec motorbike.

The Suzuki Gixxer 250 bikes have identical mechanical foundations and just stylistic differences. The Gixxer SF 250 receives a complete fairing whereas the Gixxer 250 is a naked streetfighter. Both motorcycles receive a powerful fuel tank, an upright riding position, split seats, and an LED headlight and taillight cluster. However, the headlight style varies depending on the motorbike. Additionally, the bikes include a completely computerized instrument console without Bluetooth or turn-by-turn directions.

The 249 cc single-cylinder, oil-cooled engine produces power when mated to a 6-speed transmission and is configured to produce 22.2 Nm of maximum torque at 7,300 rpm and 26.13 horsepower at 9,300 rpm. The Indian translation is the same as that. The bikes also feature a Suzuki-developed oil cooling system that offers great performance while being durable and simple to maintain.

The identical set of 17-inch alloy wheels are used by both Suzuki Gixxer 250 twins, and disc brakes with dual-channel ABS are located at either end of the vehicle. Gixxer 250 motorbikes from Suzuki are already being pre-ordered; deliveries to Australia are scheduled to start in November of this year.
