Delhi : TVS Motor Company has finally released a longer teaser for the new Apache RTR 310 (also rumored to be dubbed Apache RTX 310), giving a detailed look at the upcoming motorcycle after weeks of dropping hints. Pre-orders for the streetfighter TVS Apache RTR 310, which will go on sale on September 6, 2023, have already started for a token price of Rs 3,100.

A streetfighter with an aggressive design that will be based on the Apache RR 310 is shown in the teaser film. The same chassis and mechanicals will continue to be used in the TVS Apache RTR 310. But with the split LED headlamp system, flat handlebar plated in gold, and crisp, muscular fuel tank design, the design language appears to be entirely new. The bike has a split-seat configuration and an exposed rear subframe. The split LED taillights match the brand's latest motorbike designs.

The TVS Apache RTR 310 will have gold-finished USD front forks that may be adjustable, while a monoshock will be used for the rear suspension. Expect dual-channel ABS as standard and petal-style disc brakes at both ends. Other technological aids that TVS might provide include traction control, quickshifters, assist, slipper clutches, and more.

The 312 cc reverse-inclined, single-cylinder engine that powers the Apache RR 310 produces 33 horsepower and 27.3 Nm. In comparison to the full-faired model, the motor might receive updated sprockets and gear ratios to make it more street-friendly. We anticipate that the naked Apache 310 will have four riding modes: Urban, Rain, Sport, and Track. This is similar to the RR 310. The faired Apache has a top speed of 160 kmph and can accelerate from 0 to 60 kmph in 2.93 seconds. Due to a smaller kerb weight, the bare variant may narrowly outperform these figures.

The following month, more information and pricing will be made available. Expect the TVS Apache RTR 310 to be less expensive than the Apache RR 310, which has an ex-showroom price of 2.65 lakh rupees. The new model will face tough competition from the BMW G 310 R, the KTM 390 Duke, and the Triumph Speed 400 in addition to its German cousin.
