2022 Maruti Suzuki Baleno to launch next month; bookings to open soon

New Delhi : Maruti Suzuki will be launching a couple of new cars in the coming days, among them is Baleno that is likely to come on the market next month. A report suggests that the booking for the car will begin soon.

Recently, spy shots of the car were shared on the social media, showing a refreshed exterior and interior of the car. The pictures were clicked during the promo shoot of the car.

If matched closely, the interiors of the new Baleno resembles with the cabin of the new-gen Suzuki S-Cross. The 2022 S-Cross made its global debut recently a few weeks ago which itself has undergone serious ramifications with respect to the current model.

It is likely that the car will be powered by a 1.2 litre dualjet engine. Transmission options will include a 5-speed manual gearbox with the option of a CVT automatic unit.

2022 Maruti Baleno prices are expected to be in the same range of current Baleno. Official bookings are expected to open around the time of launch next month. But ahead of that, unofficial bookings could start in the coming days at Nexa dealerships across India.
