Delhi : Honda introduced the new City earlier this week in India. The redesigned sedan has now begun to show up in shops across the nation. The 2023 is now available for booking, with pricing beginning at Rs 11.49 lakh (ex-showroom).

Modifications to the front and rear bumpers as well as a new front grille with a mesh pattern are made to the Honda City for 2023. The 16-inch wheels feature a fresh design with a dual-tone black and silver finish.

The upgrade brings a number of new features to the City. The car now has wireless charging, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, and other modern conveniences, air purifier, rain-sensing wipers, and ADAS features.
The Honda City is available in six exterior colours, including the brand-new Obsidian Blue shade, in four variants: SV, V, VX, and ZX.

A 1.5-liter gasoline engine that complies with BS6 2 powers the new City. The motor is mated to a six-speed manual transmission and a CVT unit, and is configured to provide 119 horsepower and 145 Nm of torque. The new Honda City is an alternative to vehicles like the Maruti Suzuki Ciaz, Volkswagen Virtus, Skoda Slavia, and the soon-to-be-released new Hyundai Verna at a starting price of Rs 11.49 lakh (ex-showroom).
