New Delhi : A person buys a new car with a desire to drive it with no troubles, but considering it is a machine and it may run into problems, the responsibility of a brand is to correct the issue at priority and cater their end user in appropriate manner. What we said is an ideal situation, and clearly this not happened at JMV Hyundai dealership located in Sohna.

A famous YouTuber Arun Pawar on Monday shared a video on his channel in which he narrated an ordeal of his cousin who was allegedly beaten up by Hyundai dealership staff when the man went there with a problem in his car.

It has been claimed by the owner of the car that he was brutally beaten up by the staff because he had shared his bad experience with the car on his Youtube channel; the dealership had asked him to delete the video but because he had not deleted the video, he was attacked by the staff.

In the attack, he was brutally injured in the eye and had to be admitted to a hospital for treatment.

The owner has registered a police complaint in the matter and they are demanding action against the dealership by the Hyundai.

Meanwhile, Arun Pawar showed in his video that Hyundai replied him with a generic email asking his to co-ordinate with the dealership where this incident had happened.

No other official statement has come from Hyundai on the matter.

Soon after the video was uploaded on the channel, many YouTubers came in support of Arun Pawar and his cousin Ajit Pawar and shared their opinions, demanding a strict action in the matter.
