Isuzu unveils S-Cab Z: Most premium commercial vehicle at Rs. 15 lakh
Delhi : LCVs drive the majority of the commercial vehicle market's activity. These are the more compact CVs that include pickup trucks and related goods. Isuzu competes in this market with its D-Max and D-Max S-Cab models. Isuzu believes there is a market for a high-end, upscale, and feature-packed LCV. Salute the new Rs. 14,99,910 (ex-sh) Isuzu D-Max S-Cab Z LCV that was just released in India.
Isuzu S-Cab Z has been launched
With S-Cab Z, Isuzu puts emphasis on both performance and style. With remarkable style, features, and creature comforts by CV standards, it promises to be "Beyond The Ordinary." Cosmic Black, Galena Grey, Splash White, Nautilus Blue, and Titanium Silver are the available colors. However, the quoted Rs. 15 lakh (ex-sh, Chennai) is only an introduction.
The 2.5L 4JA1 turbo diesel engine is available in the D-max S-Cab Z, same like other CV models from Isuzu India. This engine has a 5-speed manual transmission and can generate 78 horsepower and 176 Nm of torque. S-Cab Z only has a RWD layout, and 4X4 is not an option. Despite being a commercial vehicle, Isuzu withheld payload capacity information in its press materials.
The comprehensive range of features and luxuries as well as the flawless stylistic components were mentioned in press materials. Highlights of the exterior include a chrome grille with an eagle-inspired design, bi-LED projector headlights, LED DRLs, and front fog lamps. There are also sporty roof rails, a shark fin antenna made of gun metal, elegant anti-skid side steps, LED tail lamps, beautiful 6-spoke wheel covers, and chrome ORVMs with integrated turn indicators and chrome door handles.
Full-featured interior
Piano black plastics, leather-wrapped steering, audio controls on the steering, adjustable headrests, a 7" touchscreen audio system with reverse parking camera and 6 speakers, keyless entry, premium upholstery, electrically adjustable and foldable ORVMs, auto-up/down driver's window, all-four power windows, and USB charging sockets are features in addition to exterior elements.
Front and rear dual airbags, ISOFIX mounts on the back, speed-sensing door locks, crumple zones surrounding the car, a collapsible steering column, BOS (Brake Override System), and even a steel bash plate for the car's underbody protection are all included in the safety features.
For commercial use, there aren't many three-box crew-cab (dual cab) pickup trucks in India. We have the Mahindra Bolero and Imperio lineups, the Tata Yodha lineup, and finally the Isuzu D-Max lineup. Nobody else is making any attempt to provide a premium experience. Actually, none of the three-box LCVs from Mahindra and Tata come standard with remote locking or power windows. The Isuzu S-Cab Z presents as a high-end vehicle. Isuzu's target market includes professionals and evolving Indian businesspeople who are looking for a fashionable car for their professional purposes. The features list is incredibly long.
