Delhi : On June 26, MG Motor India and Jio Platforms said that they will work together to provide an industry-first wide range of connected car capabilities for the recently released MG Comet EV. The Hinglish voice assistant, also known as the Hello Jio Voice Assistant, appears to be an invention intended towards the native Indian speaker who speaks in many regional dialects and tones.

With Hello Jio's dialogues, which give information on Cricket, Weather, News, Horoscope, and many more topics, the assistant also provides command and control. It also offers cutting-edge capabilities like voice control for turning on or off the air conditioning and for playing music directly.

Customers of the MG Comet EV will further profit from Jio's other ground-breaking features, which will incorporate the Voice Assistant system with music applications, payment apps, connection platforms, and other suitable gear. Gaurav Gupta, Deputy Managing Director of MG Motor India, stated that the company's goal with its cooperation with Jio is to be a "tech leader."

"Innovation and technology are driving the connected car market in the automotive sector. The current trend is towards more software-driven gadgets, and our collaboration with a digital pioneer like Jio in the field of smart mobility is a step towards making MG Motor a tech leader in the car sector, according to Gupta.

The MG Comet EV also has Jio's cutting-edge eSIM, which is integrated and essential for enhancing vehicle safety. Additionally, it adds the car's identification and encrypts communications while the vehicle is in motion.
