Mahindra Thar 4x4: Two fresh colors join the family

Delhi : Thar 4x4 now comes in Himalayan White and Blazing Bronze, two new colour options from Mahindra & Mahindra. The former is brand-new, whilst the latter was previously only offered with the Thar RWD. According to the BASF Colour Report 2022 for Automotive OEM Coatings, white is the most preferred automobile colour worldwide, not only in India.

Mahindra has also launched the colour with the Thar, taking into account how popular the white tint is in India. Black bumpers, plastic wheel arches, black wing mirrors, and a black roof are still present on the off-road Vehicle. Apart from the addition of two new colour schemes, the Mahindra Thar has not undergone any additional alterations.

Colour availability and Cost Price

Six different paint jobs are now available for the Mahindra Thar, including Red Fury, Galaxy Grey, Napoli Black, Aqua Marine, Blazing Bronze, and Everest White. The cost of the SUV's 4x2 variant has lately increased by up to Rs 50,000. Despite this, the Mahindra Thar is now priced from Rs 9.99 lakh and goes as high as Rs 16.49 lakh (ex-showroom).

The Mahindra Thar RWD has a waiting time that can last up to 17 months as of March 2023, however the Thar 4x4 can be yours in 3-4 weeks after you book the vehicle. In India, the Force Gurkha competes with the Mahindra SUV, while Maruti Suzuki is getting set to introduce the Jimny 5-door to compete with the Thar.
