Poco X5 5G: A powerful device with snapdragon 695

Delhi : After the Poco X5 Pro's introduction in India last month, the firm has now introduced the Poco X5 5G, which is its entry-level model. These smartphones were introduced to the world earlier this year and are from the Poco X5 series. The Poco X5 was unveiled on March 14th. The smartphone has a 48MP camera, a 6.67-inch AMOLED display, and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 CPU. Poco's midrange smartphone is available in three colours and two storage configurations. 

Price and availability of the Poco X5 5G

There are two alternative storage options for the Poco X5 5G smartphone: 6GB RAM + 128GB internal storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB internal storage. The cost of the 6GB + 128GB model is Rs. 19999, while the cost of the 8GB + 256GB variant is Rs. 20999. On March 21 at 12 PM in India, the Poco X5 launches on sale. The smartphone will only be offered on Flipkart.

There are first-day-of-release deals available for cellphones as well. The 6GB + 128GB model costs Rs. 16999, and the 8GB + 256GB variant costs Rs. 18999 when opening day special pricing and bank discounts are taken into account.

Poco X5 5G technical specs

The 6.67-inch Super AMOLED display on the Poco X5 has a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a maximum brightness of 1200 nits. Corning Gorilla Glass 3 is used to protect the display. The smartphone has an internal storage capacity of up to 256GB and a Snapdragon 695 CPU with up to 8GB of RAM.

With a 48MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra wide camera, and a 2MP macro lens, the Poco X5 has a triple rear camera configuration. It has a 13MP selfie camera on the front. The phone's operating system, MIUI 13, is based on Android 12.

The smartphone has Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi, GPS, and NFC for connection. A 5000 mAh battery with 33W rapid charging capabilities serves as its power source. Three colors—Supernova Green, Wildcat Blue, and Jaguar Black—are offered for the smartphone.
