New prices set for Citroen E-C3 Electric Vehicle launch in India

Delhi : Citroen India has announced pricing for the -C3 electric hatchback, which starts at Rs. 11.5 lakh (ex-showroom). The introduction of the -C3 comes just six months after the introduction of the petrol C3. The new -C3 will be delivered starting this week. It will be available for B2B and B2C buyers in 25 cities across the country at all 29 La Maison Citroen showrooms. Citroen will also offer 100% online purchasing options. All showrooms will be equipped with Jio-DC bp's Fast Charging facility and will serve all EV vehicle owners.

A permanent magnet synchronous motor and a 29.2 kWh battery pack are included in the Citroen C3. The motor produces a maximum torque of 143 Nm and a total power output of 56 horsepower. The electric hatchback's 0-60 kmph sprint takes 6.8 seconds, and its 320 km of ARAI-certified range is the best in its class. The EV also has a 15 amp home charging station and 100% DC rapid charging capacity. There are three packs with a total of 47 customization options and 13 exterior colour variations available.

For the New -C3 All-Electric, Citroen will also roll out connectivity applications like MY CITRON CONNECT and C-BUDDY. My Citroen Connect, which is available on both iOS and Android, has 35 intelligent features, including a first-in-segment 7-year subscription, over-the-air software upgrades, emergency services call, vehicle monitoring, usage-based insurance criteria, and auto crash notification.
