Delhi : The Geza Edition of the Magnite has been introduced by Nissan Motor India in the domestic market, with a starting price of Rs. 7.39 lakh (ex-showroom). The special edition is now available for pre-order and comes in a total of five colour options: Blade Silver, Flare Garnet Red, Strom White, Sandstone Brown, and Onyx Black.

It receives a JBL audio system and a more modern nine-inch touchscreen infotainment system. It has wireless Android Auto connectivity and is also available with a reversing camera and a shark fin antenna. The addition of beige-finished upholstery has improved the interior's overall ambiance, and the ambient lighting system can be controlled via a smartphone app.

Nissan Magnite Geza Edition's shark fin antenna will undoubtedly contribute to increased connection in general. The special edition's only engine is a 1.0L three-cylinder NA petrol one, according to the Japanese manufacturer. It has a peak torque of 96 Nm and a maximum power output of 71 bhp, and it is connected to a five-speed manual gearbox.

One of the most sought-after compact SUVs on the market for those seeking a cost-effective alternative is the Magnite. The five-seater now costs Rs. 6 lakh for the entry-level XE variation and Rs. 10.86 lakh for the top-of-the-line XV Premium (O) Turbo CVT model (ex-showroom). It's also available with a petrol turbo engine.

In the top-end models, a CVT is mated to the same 1.0L three-cylinder engine that has been turbocharged to generate 99 horsepower and 160 Nm. Given that they both use the same chassis and mechanical components, the Nissan Magnite and the Renault Kiger have many similarities. Its rivals include the Tata Punch as well as the Tata Nexon, Hyundai Venue, Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Kia Sonet, and Mahindra XUV300. When it comes to pricing, the Magnite competes with the Citroen C3 compact hatchback and will soon face off against the Hyundai Exter.
