Delhi : Up until today, CNG has only been an option for conventional automobiles. Tata has altered the rules of the game by providing a crossover with the alternative fuel choice with the release of the Tiago NRG iCNG, India's first toughroader CNG. This is due to the significant demand for the Tiago iCNG over the course of approximately a year.

This is why the Tata Tiago NRG iCNG stands apart from the competition:

A CNG vehicle more than any other CNG vehicle

The one area where CNG cars fall short is in their capacity to handle difficult roads, despite the fact that they clearly offer advantages in terms of cheaper operating costs. When compared to other vehicles in its market, the Tata Tiago NRG iCNG genuinely shines out in this area. The Tiago NRG iCNG is a genuine Toughroader because of its 177mm of Ground Clearance, which enables it to easily navigate any obstacle, whether it be in the city, on mild trails, or even giant speed breakers. Furthermore, the Tiago NRG iCNG's all-terrain capabilities are further strengthened by the carefully adjusted suspension, giving you peace of mind that it will get you anywhere you need to go.

Based on the facelifted Tiago, the Tiago NRG is a crossover variant of the hatchback that has gained popularity among buyers for its off-roading prowess and SUV-inspired styling. The Armoured front design, Squircle wheel arches (basically squared and circular wheel arches), a muscular tailgate finish, and an Infinity black roof with roof rails are a few examples.

The Tiago NRG iCNG also maintains the rough exterior styling of the petrol-powered NRG crossover, which is emphasised by the black body armour that surrounds the hatchback. Additionally, it has bigger tyres with a 175/65 R14 profile, which only make off-road driving easier.
