Toyota Innova Hycross hybrid MPV is launched in India: Prices, specs, and features
Delhi : At a starting price of Rs 18.30 lakh, the new Toyota Innova Hycross introduced in India today (ex-showroom). The MPV is based on the Toyota Innova Crysta, one of the most cherished and acclaimed MPVs in India, and now comes equipped with a powerful hybrid motor, similar to the Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder. The MPV was first introduced in Indonesia as the Toyota Innova Zenix and is currently offered in 8 variations. This is the third version of the Toyota Innova, which has been on the market for two generations. The only automatic transmission option for the 2017 Toyota Hycross, with pricing starting at Rs. 28.97 lakh, has been released (ex-showroom).
Design for the 2023 Toyota Innova Hycross
The new Toyota Innova Hycross is 4,755 mm long, 1,850 mm wide, and 1,795 mm height, to start with the numbers. At 2,850 mm, the wheelbase now tapers. As a result, the new Innova is wider, longer, and has a larger wheelbase than the preceding model. With a variety of SUV-inspired features, it seems more stylish than ever. The front of the 2017 Toyota Innova Hycross has a sizable hexagonal radiator grille and thin LED headlights. The glass portion lends a more manly appearance, while black panelling extends down the edges. With compact lights and a bumper in two colours, the back end is very attractive.

The Toyota Innova Crysta's cabin has a basic appearance; the Hycross's is more up-to-date and luxurious. The device is a 10-inch touchscreen infotainment unit that is entirely digital and free-standing. The inside features a dual-tone black-brown motif and a posh atmosphere. Additionally, depending on versions, the MPV has seating for seven or eight passengers. Additionally, lesser models will have an analogue instrument cluster with a smaller 4.2-inch MID and a 9-inch infotainment screen.

For the first time, the MPV receives a sizable panoramic sunroof. In order to give the cabin a luxurious air, there is also ambient lighting, a fake wood finish, aluminium inlays, and quilted leather seats. Lane-keeping assistance, adaptive cruise control, and other active safety features are available.
Specs for the 2023 Toyota Innova Hycross
In Indonesia, Toyota offers the Innova Hycross with two different powertrain choices: a 2.0L hybrid and a 2.0L non-hybrid. The former generates 186 horsepower and uses the Atkinson cycle, whilst the later produces 174 bhp at its peak. A manual gearbox is not yet an option for any version.
